Chalet Inn Gatlinburg

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was great. The continental breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of items to choose from.

I loved spending my time in this clean affordable hotel. Favourable and stunning location next to Ripley's Haunted Adventure. In general the staff were exceptional and polite.

Loved our 3-nights stay. Impressive room, we had standard room, with a microwave oven, a fridge and a writing desk. The location was peaceful, relatively near A 407-ft Observation Tower.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, short walk to the hill to another motel and Parkway. We stayed here for 2 nights, it was just what we needed.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was marvellous. The room was very affordable and looked updated. I liked the pleasant view. All the staff were polite. It was secluded and close to Amazing Mirror Maze.

Whole place was fairly clean with great views; cool location close to e everything. The room was huge and lovely romantic, liked extremely comfy bed.

Some guests complained about an bed bug they saw.

Affordable hotel, I loved its secluded location not far from downtown as well as the hill. The room I had was quiet with a balcony overlooking gatlinburg. Paid me$ 72.

Compact hotel, best staff and ideal location. Location near a sand beach. Large beds, huge room, upholstered furniture. They had a continental breakfast that was warm! Flexible check-in and outstanding service.

Our stay here was relaxing, right place for exploring Gatlinburg. The room was romantic with a balcony overlooking gatlinburg. The location was awesome, with Cherokee Grill nearby, where we could eat.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Gatlinburg. I loved the unbeatable position of the hotel, the staff were extremely helpful. Bed was spacious and warm room overall. Excellent service and a clean pool onsite.

The hotel was in a business area and had elegant rooms. There were climate control and cell in the room, loved that. Staff were ready to help, that was nice. Spotless property, friendly service. Near the beach that was good:)))

Good value, room was huge, staff were consistently courteous! My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, ironing facilities and a work desk.

It was surely a fab stay. Lots of exceptional breakfast items to choose from. The room had hairdryer, dresser and closet space plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. A nice beach, mesmerizing view.

The hotel was in a very very nice area, just next door to the hill to office, downtown. A stone-and-wood moonshine distillery was also close to the venue. The idea to include a microwave and a fridge in the standard king room was nice. It was beautiful and bathroom - sparkling clean. Professional and helpful staff as one would expect.

all in all a wonderful hotel and lovely stay. lots of supplies in the room : high ceiling and closet space. they had an early check-in too. i used free wifi throughout the property a lot.

Such a quite comfortable experience. Luxury original rooms, professional staff, amazing location. Our room had a so so comfy bed and a gorgeous view. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too. There were free internet and easy to access parking available.

Location and staff are cool, and the hotel is kept clean. It's found in a nice area, short way from many landmarks of Gatlinburg.

Breakfast was adequate, attractive and competitive value for money, not pushy staff. Appreciated staying here, my room was quirky and had microwave, Nespresso coffee and hairdryer. Main bar with complementary drinks. Had no problem using their ample parking, the internet was very good.

Had an unforgettable time. The property was located about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Moreover, I could explore earthquake as it was easy walk to the place.

I had a lovely stay at this wonderfull hotel. Incredible location and delightful views - rooms were perfect with fairly large bathrooms. Really comfy beds and microwave and high ceiling. Early check-in.

There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Crockett's Breakfast Camp, set within 10 minutes walk or so. We booked a standard king room with a balcony. You got good value...

the bed was comfy and there were a personal safe, a work desk and a fireplace in the room. had opportunity to use ironing at no cost.

They had everything we wanted for our christmas, we loved views and location. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. In the evening we visited Big Daddy's Pizzeria, set 4-6 minutes walking distance the hotel.

Recommend it. We really enjoyed views and rooms, everything necessary for trip was provided. The bed was comfortable, there was a sunny balcony: D
